We are looking forward to another successful dance year.  In an effort to accommodate everyone's individual's needs, we have listed below our payment options.

Tuition is not based on the number of classes per month, but is a total fee for the classes provided from September through our recital in June. Dance Dimensions follows the Hicksville school calendar, and all holidays are accounted for.

The tuition fee guarantees a minimum of thirty weeks of lessons (thirty lessons if a student is only attending classes in one dance discipline), with two additional lessons factored in for inclement weather for a possible total of thirty-two lessons.

Tuition is due in advance to Dance Dimensions studio.  A computer generated $15.00 late fee will be automatically added to accounts paid after the 10th of each month.  Please note that if for some reason you are unable to attend class as planned by the 10th of the month, you should make arrangements to mail your payment or drop it off at the studio during business hours in order to avoid the $15.00 late fee.  Mailed tuition payments must be postmarked by the 10th in order to avoid this fee.  We do not send statements.  Any classes that are missed during the month may not be deducted from the next month’s tuition.  It is the sole responsibility of the parent/student to make up missed classes.

Below you will find a list of our payment options.  Please take a moment to review the payment options best suited for your family.

• Pre-Payment Special – Receive a 10% discount when you pay your tuition in full for the year (September thru June).  Must be paid by October 10th by cash or check only (sorry no credit cards accepted for our pre-payment special) – no exceptions!
   
  
• Tired of writing checks every month?  Choose to pay your tuition broken down into 3 payments for the year (1st payment will be due October 10th, 2nd payment will be due January 10th, 3rd & final payment will be due April 10th)
   
  
• Too many bills due in June at the end of the school year?  Choose to pay just a little bit more each month and eliminate that last payment in June.  Yearly tuition broken down into 9 payments for the year.  Payments will be made September through May.  (Please note that selecting this form of payment will increase your tuition payment by a few dollars, thus eliminating your 10th/June payment)
   
  
• Tuition is paid monthly -- Yearly tuition broken down into 10 payments for the year (September through June).
   
  
• Credit Card Auto Pay -- Want to make sure you are never late with a payment and avoid that $15 late fee?  Choose to have your tuition automatically charged to your Visa/MasterCard/Discover Card each month! (Authorization forms are available at the studio) – Even if you previously selected this option, you must fill out a new form each year.
   
  

Checks, Cash, Visa, MasterCard or Discover will be the only forms of payment accepted.  There will be a $15.00 fee added for any returned checks.  If there is a discrepancy in payment records, it is the parent’s responsibility to show the canceled check or receipt.  If making cash payments, we advise you to save your receipts.  Payments may be paid in person or mailed to Dance Dimensions, 535 S. Broadway, Hicksville, NY  11801.
